Recently, USA Today published a story entitled What can $1 million buy in today's housing market? I thought that was in interesting question and decided to put a local slant on it. My question is what can a $1 Million buy in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. The answer, of course, varies depending on where you're looking to buy…but here’s what I found.

	In Bucks County, you can own this eight year old 5,863 square foot custom house situated on 16.15 acres in Solebury Township. This house feature four bedrooms, 3 full and 2 half baths, a four car garage and a finished walk out basement.
	In Delaware County, a million will put you in this classic 84 year old colonial that has been completely renovated.
