Philly Appraisal Blog

In an article posted to the Philadelphia Inquirer website on November 24, 2010, writer Alan J. Heavens details the shift in mind-set as Sellers finally start "getting it."  Click here for a link to the full article.

The article quotes Long & Foster Regional Vice President Art Herling recommending that sellers "get a real prelisting appraisal."  This is something that we've been advocating for years!  It's nice to see that Sellers and real estate professionals are starting to catch on.
