The Coyle Group has been selected to participate a beta test of the new Map Search feature to be released by TReND MLS, in the future.  The Map Search feature will "give you the ability to conduct a search right from a map using a variety of different shapes, which include a Polygon, Circle (Radius) and a Rectangle. You will be able to manipulate the shape, changing its size and location. You’ll also be able to utilize all of the current mapping features, which include zooming in and out and switching between Aerial and Street views."

This innovation is sure to prove to be a huge benefit to appraisers and real estate professionals throughout the Philadelphia region.  It will allow users to search very specific markets and neighborhoods, weeding out properties that are not geographically relevant. 

As appraisers in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties, this tool will allow us to define the neighborhood and analyze that area's characteristics more exactly.  As a result, the data and statistics that we use in our reports will be more accurate and focused.
